<p>Schmidt's Catering Prep</p> <p>Full or Part Time Position</p> <p>$15-18/hour</p> <p>Primary Location: Ohio Expo Center</p> <p>We are seeking quality oriented individuals to help in our banquet/catering kitchen. Our kitchen is located at Ohio Expo Center, where we service all of Schmidt's off premise catering. You will be responsible for food prep, production, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Nights and weekends</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <ul> <li>Assist in food preparation, chopping vegetables, making salads, soups, and entrees </li><li>Ensuring proper food storage </li><li>Learning and following designated cooking methods and recipes to ensure consistency in menu items. </li><li>Strives to learn to learn and improve cooking skills, expand knowledge of food products and techniques. </li><li>Assist with cleaning, sanitation, organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. </li><li>Additional responsibilities as requested by the management team. </li></ul> <p>ADA Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to remain standing for long periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 18 years old</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to move around locations</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to move, lift, carry, setup, tear down equipment often</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to move wrists in consistent motions numerous times</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift 40 pounds to chest</p> </li><li> <p>Frequently moves boxes and equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally ascend/descends a ladder to service lights, signs, and tents</p> </li><li> <p>Must have the ability to communicate information and ideas so other will understand</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to observe details at close range</p> </li><li> <p>Job requires working in outdoor weather conditions</p> </li></ul>
