<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. The Product Delivery Manager will actively and consistently follow and support all efforts to simplify and enhance the team efforts including following of processes and standards, as well as definition and implementation of new best practices.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accountable for Product lifecycle tasks and expectations are met between Roadmap approval and program closeout </li><li>Accountable and responsible for end-to-end Project management artifacts, including: Project Plan, logging and use of RAID logs, reporting, and other communication activities </li><li>Responsible for effective stakeholder management and ensuring dynamic and appropriate communication for working team members as well as executive stakeholder levels related to the owned Roadmap items, or relevant workstreams as well as other projects of interest </li><li>Responsible for cross-functional project risk identification and mitigation including identifying and clarifying known risks, known unknown risks, as well as facilitation of activities to mitigate against unknown unknowns </li><li>Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed </li><li>May also coordinate with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan </li><li>Serves as a mentor to product owners and project leaders, educating and assisting with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes </li><li>Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, and driving resolution of issues as appropriate* WiFi domain expertise and understanding of WiFi router features and capabilities </li><li>Mobile/5G domain experience </li><li>Experience with developing products/features for subscription-based products </li><li>Experience with developing physical products requiring lifecycle management </li><li>Experience as a project, product, or program manager launching a physical product </li><li>Experience in Telecommunications industry; Experience managing programs within Spectrum </li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Project software </li><li>Experience with Microsoft SharePoint </li><li>Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance </li><li>Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner </li><li>Ability to prioritize and organize effectively </li><li>Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics </li><li>Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data </li><li>Ability to show judgement and initiative to accomplish job duties </li><li>Ability to document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations </li><li>Exceptional ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel </li><li>Exceptional ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus </li><li>Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure </li><li>Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members </li><li>Expert ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole </li><li>Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality, as well as mapping critical path and all dependencies </li><li>Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets </li><li>Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified </li><li>Basic understanding of JIRA concepts </li></ul>
