Military Spouse Preference (MSP) eligible may also apply.</p> <p>Duties</p> <p>Help</p> <p>As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT) at the GS-0201-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:</p> <ul> <li>Advising and assisting Supervisors and Managers with recruitment and placement services to a large multi-mission and dynamic organization comprised of Excepted and Competitive Service Appointees. </li><li>Incumbent is responsible for reviewing/interpreting HR law/policy and developing and/or revising the office staffing operations plan as necessary. </li><li>Ensuring SharePoint and New Hire Websites are maintained with relevant up to date information to serve as an online resource for employees and potential candidates. </li><li>Provide a variety of recruitment, staffing and placement functions such as: preparing and/or reviewing Requests for Personnel Actions; responding to data calls or official inquiries and providing strategic advisory on various methods </li><li>Performing on-boarding duties by utilizing USA Staffing to initiate on-boarding functions. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Help</p> <p>Conditions of employment</p> <ul> <li>Must be a U.S. citizen </li><li>Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service </li><li>Resume and supporting documents (See </li></ul>
