<p>General Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for leading the sales activation efforts within the Fleet segment of the assigned region. The primary objectives for this position are to strategically grow the Local Fleet segment through new account acquisition, maintenance of existing fleet accounts to maximize sales and profits, monitor the service level execution, and assist any issue resolution. This position will work with all the stores in the assigned territory to implement the strategy of the FullSpeed offering to Local Fleet Accounts. This position will help create and facilitate necessary training programs for the retail and franchise groups to position FullSpeed as the service provider of choice among Local Fleet Accounts. This position will work closely with the store and operational leadership teams to ensure successful customer relationships, growth, and implementation.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Meets or exceeds FullSpeed Automotive's performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers </li><li>Successfully execute and lead the activation strategy to grow Fleet sales </li><li>Effective administration and management of Local Fleet Account programs and initiatives </li><li>Actively prospecting and identifying new potential fleet customers within the assigned territory </li><li>Successful maintenance of strong customer relationships with accounts </li><li>Communication of business issues / trends with both customers and operational management </li><li>Sales Budget and Expense Management </li><li>Must be able to represent FullSpeed at trade shows, conventions, promotional and customer sponsored events </li><li>Will work closely with stores, operational leadership, and franchise owners on customer performance </li><li>Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures </li><li>Ability to develop and facilitate retail or franchise training for Local Fleet Account sales growth, transactional execution, and customer service </li><li>Partner with internal business partners to develop action plans to maximum revenue realization. </li><li>Collaborate with internal Business Partners to monitor performance and identify business opportunities and best practices </li><li>Partner with Retail or Franchise management teams to ensure customers are served at the highest level possible;
