As an Electrician Millwright, you'll combine electrical skill with mechanical know-how to keep our facility running reliably and safely.</p> <p>If you are a problem-solver with both electrical and millwright experience-and you're looking for a stable, high-impact role in a team-focused environment-this is your opportunity to grow your career with ADM.</p> <p>What You will Do - Core Responsibilities</p> <p>Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance</p> <ul> <li>Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems (motors, controls, PLCs, lighting). </li><li>Perform scheduled and unscheduled mechanical maintenance on conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and other plant systems. </li><li>Execute both electrical and mechanical repairs with minimal downtime. </li></ul> <p>Equipment Installation & Fabrication</p> <ul> <li>Align, install, and commission new mechanical and electrical equipment. </li><li>Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. </li><li>Assist with fabrication and welding tasks to support equipment upgrades. </li></ul> <p>Troubleshooting & Diagnostics</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose complex issues in both electrical and mechanical systems using test equipment and hands-on inspection. </li><li>Perform root-cause analysis and implement effective long-term solutions. </li></ul> <p>Safety & Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Follow ADM safety procedures including lockout/tagout, arc flash protocols, PPE usage, and confined space entry. </li><li>Record all maintenance activity using the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). </li><li>Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors on repair status and system health. </li></ul> <p>The Tools/Equipment You will Use</p> <ul> <li>Conveyors, bucket elevators, grain dryers </li><li>Motors, VFDs, and control panels </li><li>Hydraulic and pneumatic systems </li><li>Arc welders, hand tools, grinders, and cutting torches </li><li>PLCs and instrumentation </li><li>Multimeters and other diagnostic tools </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience with industrial electrical systems and mechanical repairs. </li><li>Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 480V 3-phase systems. </li><li>Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation. </li><li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Must pass background check. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in grain, feed, agri-processing, or similar industrial settings. </li><li>Welding, fabrication, and millwright training. </li><li>Familiarity with PLCs and control systems. </li><li>Technical degree or certifications in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology. </li></ul> <p>ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.</p> <p>REF:107584BR</p>
