If you're eager for your next challenge, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.</p> <p>Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per year</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership & Supervision, lead and develop drivers, dispatchers, and support staff. </li><li>Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations to ensure service quality and safety, monitor driver behavior, and coach performance. </li><li>Oversee daily routing, scheduling, and dispatching. </li><li>Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, and maintain Driver Qualification files and oversee incident reporting. </li><li>Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Sales to meet delivery expectations. </li><li>Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules, track KPIs such as delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity. </li><li>Manage employee timekeeping and payroll processes, including missed punches, meal logs, and timecard edits. </li><li>Oversee accident and injury reporting, including KPA documentation and follow-up. </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience </li><li>2+ years of supervising involving transportation, distribution, logistics, or related work experience </li><li>Experience with DQ file compliance </li><li>Proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience with RoadNet, Lytx, Geotab, and Omnitracs is a plus </li><li>A Class A or Class B licence is a preferred </li></ul>
