<p>The Assembler position will support department goals regarding quality and quantity of production in a safe and respectful manner. Specific tasks may vary at different workstation assignments and as different product models are manufactured.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures </li><li>Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards </li><li>Visually inspect parts and product for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc. </li><li>Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc. </li><li>Adhere to safety standards </li><li>Uphold quality expectations </li><li>Train employees on procedures and techniques </li><li>Assist in defining work instructions </li><li>Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
