You work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams, and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.</p> <p>This position will report to a Director while directly supporting Senior Manager(s).</p> <p>Role Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day internal lead on assigned accounts, understand our partners' KPIs, go-to market strategy, and category trends </li><li>Assist in succinctly communicating partner strategy, KPIs, and initiative(s) progress to direct leadership and internal stakeholders </li><li>Creates activation plan and is responsible for asset development; assists in ideating custom programs across EFG properties that solve for brand goals and brand identity </li><li>Responsible for the highest quality implementation of brand programs through in broadcast, onsite, and online partnership deliverables </li><li>Assist in forecasting and anticipating account performance; drafts status reports </li><li>Support Senior Manager(s) and Leadership team as needed to include contract negotiations, presentations, documents, recaps, etc. </li><li>Assist in developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement contributing to revenue targets </li><li>May mentor and help develop Junior Partner Managers </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate stressful situations with empathy </li><li>Ability to contribute to and lead workstreams and projects as assigned </li><li>Adept at identifying collaborators and building relationships with key stakeholders using emotional intelligence and business acumen to communicate effectively. </li><li>Ability to gather data and provide recommendations internally </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to prioritize work and multiple accounts </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position or capacity </li><li>An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships, and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written </li><li>Willingness to travel, both domestic and international </li></ul> <p>About us @EFG:</p> <p>EFG is an equal-opportunity employer.
