<p>Deceuninck is looking for a Night Shift Supervisor in our Lamination Department for our Monroe Ohio facility. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and leading the activities of our Lamination Department.</p> <p>10 Hour Shift</p> <p>Nights - Sunday - Wednesday</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for leading, managing and supporting employees to meet or exceed the company standards established for their roles and responsibilities respective of their position.</p> </li><li> <p>Seek continuous professional growth through outside agencies to provide additional skills necessary to fulfill the expectations of a production supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret company policies for employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce adherence to safety regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively participate in the processes of employee selection, hiring and retention.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage employee resources and plant production to achieve and meet production standards by:</p> </li><li> <p>communicating with production scheduler</p> </li><li> <p>auditing profiles to verify conformance to specifications</p> </li><li> <p>analyzing production schedules and estimate labor hour requirements for job completion</p> </li><li> <p>interpret job orders for employees</p> </li><li> <p>assigns duties to extrusion employees</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain time and production records.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Support, mentor and communicate to all employees to help them understand and adjust to their roles and responsibilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and support effective employee training and orientation programs to support employee growth, knowledge and development.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads by example.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Two to four years of frontline manufacturing supervision experience (preferred). </li><li>Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles. Green/Black Belt preferred. </li><li>Lamination experience a plus </li><li>Experience working with computer systems to enter and track data. </li><li>Proven ability to mentor and manage employees. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or (GED) required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical field preferred. </li></ul>
