<p>Your role</p> <p>You'll be the operational and client-service backbone for a two partner advisory team serving high-net worth clients. You'' handle day to day client needs, onboarding/KYC, money movement, schedule and meeting preparation, account maintenance, reporting and light marketing support. This is a "client's first call" position with high standards and accuracy, responsiveness and discretion.</p> <p>We're looking for a Client Service Associate to do:</p> <ul> <li>Be the primary point of contact for routine client requests. </li><li>Prepare, track and resolve service tickets. </li><li>Maintain meticulous notes in the CRM system </li><li>Educate clients on digital tools and portals. </li><li>Coordinate new account opening , document collection, and account/paperwork approval </li><li>Process account maintenance and money movement requests. </li><li>Keep management systems up-to-date with client information </li><li>Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings </li><li>Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials </li><li>Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we know that it's our people, with their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds, who drive our ongoing success.
