No other agency possesses the expertise that we do to address today's most pressing challenges to drive business transformation through media.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Associate Director, National Investment is responsible for executing strategies including negotiating scatter needs, analyzing the need for implementing allocation and billing tools to facilitate smooth transitions from buy to air. This role acts as a client partner externally and as the internal Planning/Investment liaison.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Thought Leadership </li><li>Partner with Media Director to prepare all reports </li><li>Actively aid in audits </li><li>Review schedules and ensure posts prepared by Investment team are compliant </li><li>Build relationships with clients </li><li>Participate in client meetings and status </li><li>Help prepare semi-annual state of industry reports, planning costs, and marketplace trends </li><li>Find ways to increase productivity on a monthly basis </li><li>Build relationships with senior management in the vendor community </li><li>Prepare client ready POVs on market opportunities </li><li>Develop training programs across multiple topics </li><li>Lead sub committees for team challenges / innovation </li><li>Mentor Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates to further growth </li><li>Brainstorm for increased innovation in client communication and/or productivity </li><li>Participate in New Business pitches </li><li>Identify process and reporting improvements </li><li>Effectively manage cross-functional initiatives and relationships across agencies and partners </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience within Media Buying/Investment</p> </li><li> <p>Technical proficiency, particularly with the following tools:</p> </li><li> <p>Mediaocean, MBOX</p> </li><li> <p>Nielsen Net Rating, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g.Integral Ad Science)</p> </li><li> <p>Excel, Word, PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Strong client facing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Solid verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure</p> </li><li> <p>Detail oriented and able to produce accurate work</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate leadership skills</p> </li><li> <p>Above average negotiation skills due to high volume of scatter</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
