<p>Duties and Responsibilities of the Job</p> <p>(This section is not inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as necessary).</p> <ul> <li>Ensure customer needs are met and information communicated timely and accurately </li><li>Generate a daily / weekly shipping plan for service parts </li><li>Provide support within other areas of the department as required </li><li>Support and champion any improvement activities assigned </li><li>Maintain systems' data integrity (I.e. SAP, EDI, APPS, EDDL, Accums and Customer Portal systems) </li><li>Participate in any training and development required for this position </li><li>Ensure that all assigned KPIs are reported on time and accurately </li><li>Ensure customer demand fluctuations are report into the management team in a timely manner to ensure operations and finance plans can be updated </li><li>Work within customer portals to maintain 100% rating </li><li>Track and report all premium/expedited freight </li><li>All other suites assigned as required to support the plant operations </li></ul> <p>Skills preferred to perform the job</p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in customer service or materials management </li><li>Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes </li><li>Knowledge of IATF and ISO requirements </li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, ERP system (I.e. SAP) </li><li>Previous customer service experience </li><li>Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Keen on working in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Educational Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school / GED required. </li><li>2-3 years' work experience in Logistics or Business (preferred) </li></ul>
