The candidate must demonstrate excellent skills in the Spanish language and thorough knowledge of the Spanish culture. They must utilize active learning strategies that appeal to multiple modalities and learning styles. Should have the ability to create a positive, enthusiastic, dynamic classroom atmosphere implementing cooperative learning. Participation in classroom activities is necessary along with a knowledge and desire to work secondary school students.
