The start date can be any time after September 1st.</p> <p>8/21/2025</p> <p>POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, Earth, Atmospheric & Planetary Sciences, to work with the Climate Modeling Alliance (CliMA), a multi-disciplinary team spanning MIT, Caltech, and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, focused on developing a next-generation, GPU-based climate model that learns physics from data to improve the accuracy of its projections. Will collaborate with oceanographers, mathematicians, and software engineers to develop, validate, and use the ocean component of the new climate model, which leverages the Julia programming language to make it flexible, easy to use, and easy to extend and develop.</p>
