<p>An established civil/environmental engineering and surveying firm based in St. Charles is looking to add a Project Architect to their team! This individual will start out working in their St. Charles office, but can then transition to their Oak Brook location if preferred.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for leading the design and documentation efforts, along with overall project coordination and communication with consultants and engineers </li><li>Will travel to job sites as needed for construction administration purposes </li><li>Will work with clients (usually local municipalities) to understand the needs of the project </li><li>Will collaborate with trades in-house </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Architecture </li><li>Licensed Architect in IL is highly preferred </li><li>Revit or AutoCAD proficiency </li><li>Experience leading projects (not necessarily project teams) through construction administration </li><li>Familiarity with a variety of building materials </li><li>Familiarity with ADA/accessibility standards </li><li>Municipal, industrial, or commercial project experience </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Brook, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
