This position will support Wealth Enhancement's cash flow forecasting, modeling, and reporting. This position will support M&A through earn-out modeling and reporting, support of the valuation and accounting of the earn-out liabilities, and evaluation of performance against underwriting models. This position will also be responsible for various corporate and business ad-hoc analyses, as necessary. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days in-office/week.</p> <p>In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. We're big on open conversations, so, let's have one.</p> <p>Primary Job Functions</p> <p>Support cash flow forecast for the firm</p> <ul> <li> <p>Use existing model to accurately forecast future cash flows</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and understand variances to forecast</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure WEG has sufficient cash to meet future obligations</p> </li><li> <p>Forecast the firm's debt covenant ratios</p> </li><li> <p>Support hedging activity cash impact</p> </li><li> <p>Identify enhancements to existing forecast as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Support the valuation of future earn-out payments from completed M&A transactions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain valuation model that calculates potential future payments to acquired firms</p> </li><li> <p>Understand contract language to ensure accurate valuation</p> </li><li> <p>Forecast balance sheet value of payments in the future</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain support for valuations and accounting classifications</p> </li></ul> <p>Complete other analysis as assigned</p> <ul> <li> <p>M&A transaction evaluation and support</p> </li><li> <p>Covenant reporting to lenders / parents</p> </li><li> <p>Ad hoc analysis</p> </li></ul> <p>Education/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of related Finance experience; preferably in cash forecasting, treasury analytics, financial modeling, or M&A financial support</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit strong thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Excel skills required</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to understand and leverage data and analytics to improve decision making and results</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to influence and interact with all levels in the organization</p> </li></ul> <p>WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Individual Contributor level is $79,200.00 to $110,900.00.
