<p>Senior Specialist - Data Sciences</p> <p>GenAI RAG Developer Open Source Stack<</p> <p>GenAI Application Developer with deep experience building RAG pipelines opensource LLM applications LangChainLangGraph orchestration and enterprise scale full stack applications This role builds GenAI capabilities using modern opensource tools and frameworks<</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<</p> <p>Design and implement full end to end RAG pipelines ingestion chunking embeddings retrieval ranking<</p> <p>Build scalable AI workflows using LangChain LangGraph and agentbased architectures<</p> <p>Develop backend services and APIs in Python ensuring scalability security and maintainability<</p> <p>Create fullstack UIs for GenAI applications React Angular Vue etc<</p> <p>Integrate and optimize vector databases Pinecone ChromaDB Weaviate Milvus<</p> <p>Implement Microsoft Copilot integrations across enterprise workflows and apps<</p> <p>Build evaluation frameworks observability pipelines and quality guardrails using tools such as RAGAS LangSmith or custom evaluation metrics<</p> <p>Implement enterprise authentication and access OAuth Azure AD Okta<</p> <p>Optimize model performance inference latency indexing strategies and retrieval accuracy<</p> <p>Ensure proper DevOps Docker Kubernetes CICD and release management for all AI components<</p> <p>Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive AI adoption and ensure scalable maintainable solutions<</p> <p>Provide longterm support model updates error handling and operational governance<</p> <p>Required Skills Qualifications<</p> <p>Strong handson experience building AILLMpowered systems endtoend<</p> <p>Expertise with LangChain and LangGraph<</p> <p>Deep proficiency in Python for AI pipelines APIs and orchestration<</p> <p>Strong understanding of embeddings chunking retrieval architectures and ranking strategies<</p> <p>Experience with opensource LLMs Llama Mistral Falcon Mixtral etc<</p> <p>Experience deploying fullstack enterprise applications<</p> <p>Experience with vector database design and optimization</p> <p>Handson experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Copilot</p> <p>Strong knowledge of Kubernetes Docker CICD microservices and cloud deployment patterns</p> <p>Experience with AI evaluation observability and model governance</p> <p>Strong communication and collaboration skills</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Knowledge of testing frameworks pytest automated regression for RAG datasetdriven tests</p> <p>Experience with distributed RAG architectures or GPU optimization</p> <p>Contributions to opensource AI frameworks are a plus</p> <p>Jersey City - New Jersey - USA7 - 12 Years10R Jersey City - New Jersey - USA18-Mar-2026NACTIVE1448979Mandatory Skills : AI/Generative AI</p>
