We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant with a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills to join our Mt. Healthy and Lincoln Heights Health Center locations. This role is critical in supporting dental operations and delivering a positive, comfortable patient experience.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures </li><li>Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and/or EFDA </li><li>Record exam findings and maintain accurate documentation </li><li>Monitor sterilization cycles and follow infection control protocols </li><li>Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure clinical readiness </li><li>Support patient flow and clinic operations </li><li>Assist with various dental procedures as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED (required) </li><li>Ohio Radiographer's License (required) </li><li>Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent on-the-job training </li><li>Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) </li><li>Familiarity with dental and infectious control standards </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations </li><li>Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn electronic dental record systems </li><li>Team-oriented, flexible, and open to supervision </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace:</p> <p>The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
