The Lab Supervisor will consistently demonstrate positive situational leadership, interpersonal skills, medical staff relations and teamwork.</p> <p>Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure / Certification: American Society of Clinical Pathologists, or equivalent certification preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Minimum of one year internship which includes all areas of the laboratory.
