<ul> <li>Plan staffing needs with Store and Department Management; interview/prescreen prospective </li></ul> <p>internal and external applicants; schedule follow-up interviews with Department and/or Store</p> <p>Management and extends offers for employment</p> <ul> <li>Direct local or store recruiting efforts, in-store events, community partnerships, represent company at </li></ul> <p>job/career fairs</p> <ul> <li>Work with Store Management on full-cycle recruitment initiatives </li><li>Actively source candidates for store positions </li><li>ConductOrientation Sessions according to company expectations </li><li>Promote Associate Referral Program </li><li>Partner with Regional Learning Manager to assist with training and report tracking </li><li>Partner with management for performance management process </li><li>Assist with and track Leaves of Absences in communication with HR and corporate teams </li><li>Serve as liaison between Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, and the store </li><li>Assist the associates with Help Desk tickets and escalations </li><li>Process associate data related changes and terminations </li><li>Manages personnel files to ensure records are complete and accurate (paper / imaged) </li><li>Maintain Time and Attendance records for accurate payroll processing </li><li>Prepare for and attend unemployment hearings representing the Company in consultation with third </li></ul> <p>party administrator and Legal when necessary</p> <ul> <li>Assist Store Management with documentation relating to discipline, grievances, and arbitrations in </li></ul> <p>Page 2 11/14/2022</p> <p>consultation with HR and Associate Relations</p> <ul> <li>Attend and provide input during meetings with associates and/or the Union; including but not </li></ul> <p>limited to; disciplinary meetings, investigations, and meetings with Union Stewards and/or</p> <p>business agents in consultation with HR and Associate Relations</p> <ul> <li>Support the scheduling process </li><li>Maintain bulletin boards and legally mandated postings </li><li>Assist and follow-up with monthly Service Awards Programs </li><li>Assist and support various operational programs and initiatives </li><li>Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate courtesy, dignity, and respect </li><li>Assist Store Management in maintaining strict compliance with all applicable Federal, State, </li></ul> <p>local laws, and Company policies and guidelines</p> <ul> <li>Any other duties as assigned </li></ul>
