We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Experience Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and efficiency in our fulfillment processes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the TikTok Shop sellers' logistics experience. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the product and development teams, to improve system capabilities and ensure alignment on logistics processes and customer requirements. </li><li>Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement. </li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders to drive new logistics initiatives. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technology to drive continuous improvement in eCommerce logistics operations.Minimum Qualifications: </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on eCommerce logistics and customer experience. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. </li></ol>
