<p>Bemus Landscape, INC. is looking for a full-time Landscape Maintenance Chemical Spray Technician to join our team in a great work environment!</p> <p>Landscape Maintenance Chemical Spray Technician Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs application of pesticides and other plant health care chemicals and treatments Ensures proper containers, labels, PPE, and chemical application equipment are consistent with company standards and all legal codes </li><li>Provides labor and material information needed to create proposals for plant healthcare applications </li><li>Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safety </li><li>Attends safety meetings </li><li>Completes administrative forms (time entry, equipment inspections, chemical use reports, etc.) </li><li>Understands follows and enforces all safety and other company policies and procedures </li><li>Reports and documents safety issues </li><li>Ability to coach and train team members on safe and correct chemical handling and application </li><li>Provides excellent service to our clients, team members, and other Bemus staff </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of work-related experience </li><li>On-the-job training offered. </li><li>Completion of applicable pesticide training is required. </li><li>Must have a QAL </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. </li><li>Must be physically able to operate power equipment. </li><li>Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. </li></ul>
