This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with internal teams on complex maintenance and repair efforts </li><li>Perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas. This includes HVAC units, Boilers, Cooling Towers, etc. </li><li>Review and assign work orders to team members. Directly complete ongoing preventive and repairs as needed. </li><li>Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts. Report on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations, </li><li>Complete Hazard Assessments. Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws. </li><li>Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. </li><li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. </li><li>Impact the quality of own work. </li><li>Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. </li><li>Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. </li><li>Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. </li><li>Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. </li><li>Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The negotiated rate for the Union Mechanic position is $93,142.40 annually. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale.
