If this sounds like you, apply today and join the team!</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative's Core Values</p> <ul> <li>Provide Superior Customer Service </li><li>Highest Standards of Integrity and Trust </li><li>Continuous Improvement </li><li>Being a Good Partner </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers</p> <p>Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.</p> <p>Re-package feed products as required</p> <p>Complete reports by entering in required information</p> <p>Off-load delivery trucks</p> <p>Utilize a forklift safely to warehouse products into the correct bin locations in order to increase efficiency and inventory</p> <p>Assist in the inventory process, conduct an accurate and timely count of stock levels, relay information to appropriate supervisor, ensure fast moving products are always in stock</p> <p>General office duties including, but not limited to: Answering phones, faxing, filing, copying, sorting paperwork, and stuffing envelopes</p> <p>Contribute to good "housekeeping" practices in warehouse area, truck and other areas as assigned</p> <p>Report customer feedback and all customer concerns, including any sign of customer dissatisfaction, to appropriate management and/or consumer relations</p> <p>Other duties as assigned by your supervisor</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time</p> <p>Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds</p> <p>Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed</p> <p>Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc</p> <p>Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills</p> <p>Excellent Communication Skills</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Valid Driver's License, with acceptable driving record</p> <p>High School Diploma or Equivalent</p> <p>Previous Forklift Experience</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to frequently sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 75 pounds </li><li>Occasionally required to crawl, stoop, kneel, climb, or balance </li></ul> <p>WHY HERITAGE?</p> <p>Competitive Pay</p> <p>401k match after 6 months</p> <p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits</p> <p>Company paid Life/AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</p> <p>Farm Bureau Membership</p> <p>Paid Holidays, Sick, and Vacation Time</p> <p>If you see yourself as a future Feed Mill Associate with Heritage Cooperative, apply TODAY at www.heritagecooperative.com/Careers!</p> <p>DISCLAIMER</p> <p>The job description is not intended to cover or describe all tasks, duties and responsibilities the employee may be required to be asked to perform.
