<p>Senior Project Manager</p> <p>As Torani moves toward our vision of reaching $1B by 2030, the number and complexity of our strategic initiatives continue to grow. To deliver on that ambition, we're looking for Project Managers who can help the business move ideas into action - bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum to the work that matters most.</p> <p>This role is less about managing templates and timelines and more about understanding the business. The most successful Project Managers at Torani quickly grasp how the organization works, identify connections and dependencies across teams, and help leaders stay focused on outcomes. They surface risks early, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure the right conversations happen at the right time.</p> <p>As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to move initiatives from concept to execution. You'll help teams stay aligned on goals, navigate complexity, and deliver results while strengthening how we plan, communicate, and execute projects across the company.</p> <p>At Torani, a certified B Corporation, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. You brought clarity to scope, milestones, ownership, and progress, ensuring teams stayed focused and projects moved forward with momentum. As a result, priority initiatives were delivered more consistently, and leaders had greater visibility and confidence in how work progressed. </li><li>Business Translator: You quickly developed a strong understanding of how the business operates and how work across teams connects. This allowed you to identify interdependencies, anticipate challenges, and help teams make better decisions along the way. Because of this perspective, teams addressed issues earlier, coordinated more effectively across functions, and avoided surprises that could slow progress. </li><li>Outcome Champion: You kept projects grounded in clear goals and measurable outcomes. Rather than simply tracking activity, you ensured teams stayed focused on the results that mattered most to the business. This clarity helped teams prioritize the right work and ensured projects delivered meaningful impact rather than just completed tasks. </li><li>Risk Navigator: You proactively identified risks, surfaced issues early, and helped teams navigate trade-offs before challenges became roadblocks. You knew when to escalate issues and helped leaders focus on the decisions that mattered most. As a result, teams were able to address obstacles quickly and keep projects moving forward without unnecessary delays. </li><li>Trusted Connector: You built strong relationships across the organization and became a trusted partner to leaders and teams. Your communication brought clarity to complex work and kept stakeholders aligned and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Your presence made the work feel energizing and collaborative, reinforcing Torani's belief that how we work together matters just as much as what we accomplish. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience with 3 years leading significant experience complex, cross-functional initiatives and helping teams move work from idea to execution. </li><li>Experience in consumer goods, food and beverage, or manufacturing environments is preferred. </li><li>You quickly understand how businesses operate and are skilled at identifying connections and dependencies across teams. </li><li>You're known for keeping teams focused on outcomes, not just activity. </li><li>You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping teams make progress even when the path isn't perfectly defined. </li><li>You proactively identify risks, surface issues early, and help leaders think through trade-offs and next steps. </li><li>You build strong relationships and communicate in ways that create clarity, alignment, and trust. </li><li>You enjoy helping teams improve how they work together and are energized by building practical ways of working that make execution easier. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $159,674 - $177,415</p>
