Uphold Kohler Hospitality Standards while serving quality food and beverage.</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Maintain complete working knowledge of: </li></ol> <p>a. Proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations</p> <p>b. All liquor brands, beers, and wines</p> <p>c. Resort offerings</p> <p>d. All company policies and procedures</p> <p>e. Safety practices</p> <ol start="2"> <li> <p>Set-up function rooms and spaces, including tables, linens, food and beverage stations, and other event components according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and according to supervisor's instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve food and beverage in accordance to standards and in accordance to the instructions of supervisors and management.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting room refreshes and cleaning as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all event and work spaces remain organized, maintained, and visually appealing.</p> </li><li> <p>Breakdown function rooms and/or breaks at the conclusion of functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the cleanliness of all storage and work areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional support duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>This is a part-time position working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 4:30 am & 12:00 am.</p> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must have ability to verbally communicate and hear. </li><li>Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds on a continuous basis. </li><li>Must be able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours minimum per day </li><li>High school diploma </li><li>Food service experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>The hourly range for this position is $4.35 - $6.55 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
