This role is accountable for business development, strategic solutioning, operational performance, partner success, and long-term financial growth. As the client's primary executive contact, you will lead cross-functional teams and own the delivery of value to both the client and Asurion.</p> <p>This leader plays a pivotal role in driving partner engagement, developing growth strategies, delivering exceptional service experiences, and expanding the scope and impact of our offerings.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the executive owner for a major client account, accountable for relationship management, business growth, and operational excellence </li><li>Define and execute the account strategy, including long-term product roadmaps, service enhancements, and value delivery </li><li>Drive the sale and adoption of new products, services, and program innovations aligned with client needs and Asurion's strategic goals </li><li>Represent Asurion's value proposition through compelling storytelling, insight-driven proposals, and executive-level communication </li><li>Lead contract negotiations and renewals with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes that support mutual growth </li><li>Ensure all contractual obligations are met and exceeded through effective internal alignment, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration </li><li>Build and develop a high-performing team across growth and program management functions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement </li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver on client commitments and enhance program value </li><li>Act as the internal expert on client goals, challenges, and industry dynamics-translating insights into strategic recommendations and innovations </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred </li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in client services, business development, account management, or general management roles </li><li>5+ years in a senior leadership position with P&L ownership or equivalent accountability </li><li>Understanding of the regulatory environment related to tech protection, insurance, or service delivery is a plus </li><li>Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level partnerships with Fortune 500 clients or large strategic accounts </li><li>Strong background in solution selling, negotiation, and contract management </li><li>Proven track record of growing revenue and margin through strategic account planning and innovation </li><li>Experience in developing account strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans </li><li>Ability to navigate and influence across a matrixed organization to align resources and deliver results </li></ul>
