<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a full-time (40hr) Child First Supervisor who will lead the day-to-day operations of clinical and administrative supervision and routine program(s) management for our community-based Child FIRST. Provide for consumer needs, program/service delivery, operating budget accountability, staff supervision & support, UCFS policies & standards adherence and contractual compliance & relations.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide routine program(s) management, including maintain current knowledge and adherence to parameters of evidenced based model requirements; provide relational and consultative services internal & external to UCFS; serve as initial contract & community liaison; assist in preparation of, and continued adherence to program/department budget(s); provide for quality program(s) data management and output; assist in preparation of contracts, grant applications, department policies & procedures and overall growth of BHS community based services as requested. </li><li>Provide ongoing clinical and reflective oversight and supervision per model standards and be available for consultation & crisis intervention, referrals, training or other; organize and lead staff team meetings; review counseling interventions & progress, and service plans; monitor team performance on achievement of approved outcome standards and related other. </li><li>Provide for day to day program(s) administration and output of Child FIRST; assign caseloads and monitor workflow, quality, productivity; administer BHS & UCFS policies & procedures; supervise staff with full responsibility for all personnel actions; collaborate externally & internally; resolve obstacles & challenges; ensure mandated clinical record keeping in accordance to State, Federal and Agency and payer source standards of practice; provide for systems mgmt., and any/all related other </li><li>Maintain case load of Child FIRST clients per model & contract standards. </li><li>Participate in regional and statewide meetings with DCF; management meetings & trainings at UCFS. </li><li>Keep abreast of current trends including evidence-based practices to provide for BHS future implementation; may involve research, analysis, development of recommended implementation plan, including model sustainability with fidelity. </li><li>Maintain professional competency of staff and self by providing in-service education, keeping abreast of changes in the profession, reviewing credentials annually in conjunction with performance evaluations, and recommending staff for continuing education </li><li>Participates in all safety programs which may include assignment to an emergency response team </li></ul> <p>Why UCFS?</p> <p>Be part of a team where you can advance your clinical skills, make vital connections, and become an advocate for your clients and the community.
