Employing state-of-the-art robotics, precision welding equipment, and automated machining processes, Dexter has achieved many years of success through a commitment to the principles of superior quality, continuous improvement, and unparalleled customer service.</p> <p>For more information about our company, access Dexter's web site at www.dextergroup.com.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality visual content across digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role ensures that all product and marketing images are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards. The coordinator works cross-functionally with vendors, distribution locations, and internal departments to source, organize, and optimize digital assets for web and marketing use.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Image Management in AEM:</p> <p>Upload, update, and organize images within Adobe Experience Manager.</p> <p>Apply and maintain metadata for new and existing assets to ensure searchability and consistency.</p> <p>Image Sourcing & Coordination:</p> <p>Search and retrieve images from internal databases and digital libraries.</p> <p>Contact vendors to request missing or corrected product images.</p> <p>Coordinate with warehouses to request physical inventory for photography needs.</p> <p>Photography Scheduling & Processing:</p> <p>Schedule and manage product photography sessions.</p> <p>Ability to take photography of products as needed.</p> <p>Identify, rename, and catalog images received from photography teams.</p> <p>Edit images as needed, including background removal and basic retouching.</p> <p>Quality Assurance & Indexing:</p> <p>Review and verify image accuracy on the Dexter Index and other platforms.</p> <p>Ensure all images meet brand and quality standards before publication.</p> <p>Reporting & Project Status Tracking:</p> <p>Compile and update multiple reports to track image and asset workflows.</p> <p>Verify data accuracy across reports and resolve discrepancies.</p> <p>Summarize report findings to provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.</p> <p>Use reporting insights to support planning, prioritization, and decision-making.</p> <p>Collaboration & Workflow Optimization:</p> <p>Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to support image requests for e-commerce initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.</p> <p>Maintain organized digital asset folders and naming conventions for efficient retrieval and use.</p> <p>Collaborate with external vendors to streamline current and future workflows, ensuring alignment with business initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar digital asset management systems.</p> <p>Experience with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop.</p> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</p> <p>Proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools for data analysis and visualization.</p> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p> <p>Trailer industry product knowledge and experience.
