<p>Tech Mahindra Network Services has opening in Philadelphia, PA for OSS RAN Engineer/SME.</p> <ul> <li>Seeking for OSS RAN SME with15+ years' experience with OSS and different vendors including Ericsson, Nokia and Samsung. </li><li>Familiar with KPI's calculation and retention policy for the different KPI's </li><li>Work with OSS vendor to define RAN-related OSS processes and data flow (e.g., related to PM, FM, CM) Test vendor OSS releases for PM, FM, and CM. </li><li>Define OSS-related processes for Comcast for RAN-related data (PM, FM, CM). </li><li>Verify the KPI's calculation using the vendor counters Able to create different dashboard (management, engineering…etc.) Creating a detailed use cases for different requirements Defined the retention policy for each KPI's </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Have a previous experience on the RAN vendors OSS platform and understand the different counters. </li><li>Understand the different OSS deployment (Cloud Vs VMware) Good understanding of the CBRS band is a plus </li></ul> <p>Professional Experience</p> <ul> <li>Superb communication skills </li><li>Ability to extract scoping/feature requirements from non-technical teams Analytical ability to sift through data and extract actionable next steps Confidence to invent new efficient processes </li></ul>
