<p>This position is responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Preparing quarterly and annual consolidated statement of cash flows for FCA US LLC on an IFRS basis </li><li>Preparing detailed variance analysis of cash flow statement line items </li><li>Monitoring cash flow statement on a monthly basis to ensure OneStream roll-forwards are properly completed and new transactions are appropriately reported to facilitate cash flow preparation </li><li>Present cash flow statement and review variance analysis with senior management </li><li>Preparing quarterly footnotes to parent company to support the preparation of the Annual Report and SEC filings </li><li>Providing ad-hoc reporting and assisting in special projects for senior management </li><li>Driving continuous improvement and process redesign initiatives </li><li>Providing accounting and financial reporting guidance and support to other corporate accounting/finance teams </li><li>Assisting in research and implementation of certain technical accounting matters </li><li>Coordinating SOX compliance, including documentation, process flows and testing as required </li><li>Supporting external audit and review procedures </li></ul> <p>What You Will Learn:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in FCA financial reporting systems (e.g., OneStream and SAP) and processes (e.g., financial statement hierarchies, consolidation processes) as well as key business activities </li><li>Exposure to how FCA US, North America segment and Stellantis NV consolidated financial statements are developed and analyzed </li><li>To prepare statements of cash flow and the supporting work papers and schedules </li><li>Gain exposure and interact with multiple levels of management in a fast-paced, team environment </li><li>Experience identifying and implementing process efficiencies </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related degree </li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance </li><li>Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Office </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance </li><li>Public accounting experience </li><li>Cash Flow experience </li><li>Strong system skills including OneStream, SAP and advanced Excel experience; Workiva (Wdesk) experience a plus </li><li>Prior financial reporting and/or technical accounting experience </li><li>Strong leadership and problem solving skills with demonstrated experience of action and issue resolution </li><li>High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others in a team environment </li></ul>
