<p>The Service Escalation Specialist will be a single point of contact for Service and Operations escalations for their assigned Regional Growth Teams. There is potential for this to be a hybrid role based on a successful training period.This is a hybrid role and candidates must be located near an office hub.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Service Escalation Specialist will be a single point of contact for STTO related escalations for the Regional Growth Teams. </li><li>Capture feedback for Service Journey Continuous Improvement. </li><li>Proactive review of cases for their assigned Regional Growth Team to pre-empt escalations. </li><li>Thorough review of escalated cases, taking ownership and driving to resolution. </li><li>Scope of support includes, but is not limited to: </li><li>AdviceWorks Support </li><li>NIGO and operations issues </li><li>Expedition of processing </li><li>Complex service needs </li><li>ABR and Operations </li><li>Handle complex case resolution according to stated service levels. </li><li>Pod aligned KPIs for retention and OSAT & TNPS. </li><li>Prompt escalation of service or operations issues for At-risk Advisors to Advisor Experience Specialist for awareness. </li></ul> <p>Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>SIE and Series 7 Licensing (Desired) </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience </li><li>Intermediate to Advanced Level of Knowledge of AdviceWorks </li><li>1-3 Years of Service and Operations Experience </li></ul> <p>Minimum Required Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in Service, Sales Support and/or Relationship Service Experience </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements: Not Required</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>The base annual salary range for this role is $60,000 to $100,00, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
