This opening will support Northern Michigan.</p> <p>This work includes but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials </li><li>Inspection and evaluation of the property </li><li>preparing roof drawings and sketches </li><li>preparing scope of work documents </li><li>preparing proposals </li><li>attending sales calls </li><li>pricing patch and repair jobs </li><li>providing technical expertise </li><li>attending meetings with the architect, contractor, and/or owner </li><li>Inspections </li><li>Monitoring Installations </li><li>Trouble shooting problems arising during installation and during the lifecycle of the roof </li><li>conducting diagnostic infrared scans of roofs </li><li>preparing CADD drawings </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Three to five years of related hands-on experience required</p> <p>Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required</p> <p>The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000.
