Today, our St. Louis network consists of two middle schools, three elementary schools, and a high school.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Assistant School Leader for Culture</p> <p>Working at KIPP Wonder Academy, you will be a leader dedicated to creating a positive school culture. Every day you come to the building working to develop relationships with students and parents, developing leaders of tomorrow through community today. You have a vision and know how to implement it.</p> <p>On the day-to-day basis, you can look forward to the following:</p> <p>Data-Driven Cultural Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Develop, support and create systems of accountability to ensure discipline systems are executed effectively and consistently, classroom management is strong in all classrooms, and school culture is aligned to the vision of the school and the region. Provide support and development to teachers as necessary. </li><li>Manage, coach and evaluate the discipline team through observations, real-time coaching and relevant one-on-one coaching sessions. </li><li>Develop proficiency in Observation Feedback, Weekly Data Meeting and Lesson Internalization protocols. </li><li>Manage the performance of a cohort of teachers to achieve outcomes for scholars through weekly O3s with each content teacher they coach, including development of instructional strategies and feedback based on observations, content internalization, and the creation of development goals. </li><li>Organize and track all observation data and instructional feedback for Specials teachers, all observation data for Discipline team, and all relevant teacher coaching data in Whetstone. </li><li>Organize, track and respond to all critical metrics including OSS, discipline referrals, scholar attrition and attendance using school or region-wide organizational systems.
