<p>Job Title: Facility Maintenance</p> <p>Reports to: Maintenance and Facilities Manager</p> <p>Location: Stanley Black and Decker, Holliston Ma</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We're seeking a versatile and skilled Maintenance/Facilities Assistant to support our factory's maintenance team and facilities operations. As a key member of our facilities support team, you'll perform a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our plant and grounds.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior appearance of the plant, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal. Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor leaks. Plumbing Repairs: Repair leaking pipes, toilets, and faucets and clear blocked toilets, sinks, and drains Janitorial and Housekeeping: Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks, such as:</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally cleaning floors, restrooms, and break rooms </li><li>Wiping down walls and surfaces </li><li>Clearing cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and other areas </li></ul> <p>Support Maintenance Team: Assist the maintenance team with various tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as plant expansions, renovations, or equipment installations.
