<p>DEPARTMENT: AnoPlus</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Operator Level 1 - Day Shift (FW)</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain</p> <p>SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Week 1 - Sunday through Tuesday</p> <p>Week 2 - Sunday through Wednesday</p> <p>6 am - 6 pm</p> <p>Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our AnoPlus team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Processing material safely and efficiently through fabrication and packaging processes. </li><li>Evaluation of all material for quality standard compliance. </li><li>Operate machines and improve processes. </li><li>Reading fabrication prints/drawings for processing material through machines. </li><li>Ability to work with measuring tools/devices such as etc. </li><li>Operating various types of measuring tools/devices including (but not limited to): </li><li>Micrometers </li><li>Calipers </li><li>Squares </li><li>Protractors </li><li>Inspire others to work efficiently, defuse conflict and make good decisions. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Standing for long periods of time </li><li>Infrequently lifting or moving up to 50 or 65 pounds </li><li>Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers). </li><li>Ability to efficiently use a computer for data entry and retrieval. </li><li>Ability to work with little or no supervision. </li><li>Able to work overtime, as needed </li><li>Maintain excellent attendance. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Pass company background and drug screening </li></ul> <p>What You'll Love About Us:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Life Insurance </li><li>Matched 401k </li><li>Paid Vacation </li></ul>
