The position collaborates closely with senior staff to ensure high-quality data delivery aligned with project timelines and client expectations.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Independently perform in vitro and in vivo metabolite identification studies in a regulated environment </li><li>Develop and implement analytical methods for metabolite profiling and structural elucidation </li><li>Interpret MS and MS/MS data to determine metabolite structures and metabolic pathways </li><li>Analyze data, prepare reports, and manage study flow to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables </li><li>Interact with clients on scientific principles, study design, and interpretation of metabolism data </li><li>Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior and new staff </li><li>Evaluate and implement new technologies, techniques, and study designs to improve efficiency and quality </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related scientific field is required.</p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of drug metabolism processes including method development, metabolite profiling, and structural determination </li><li>Strong expertise with mass spectrometry instrumentation, including MS and MS/MS data collection and interpretation </li><li>Experience with laboratory troubleshooting, documentation, and application of good laboratory practices </li></ul> <p>Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree</p> <p>The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and milestones with strong attention to detail </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally </li><li>Proven capability to mentor others, model best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives </li></ul> <p>What We Offer You:</p> <p>We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
