Work Today, Get Paid Today!</p> <p>We are proud to be a military and veteran friendly employer.</p> <p>About This Position</p> <p>The KCN Driver maintains and safely operates a delivery vehicle for transporting commissary orders to specified KCN commissary personnel and locations. This position also assists in the loading and unloading of commissary orders at the designated pick-up and drop-off locations, ensuring orders are properly loaded and secured.</p> <p>Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure orders have been properly signed for and released to approved KCN employees only </li><li>Maintain all paperwork/documentation on all inventory shipped </li><li>Report any discrepancies or incidents related to product delivery or equipment malfunctions/damages </li><li>Maintain required driving laws </li><li>Conduct general and preventative maintenance, refueling, and cleaning on delivery vehicle to ensure proper, clean and safe drivability </li><li>Maintain all proper forms, certifications, and requirements to remain in acceptable standing with OSHA and DOT </li><li>Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace </li><li>Other duties as determined by the needs of the business </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience </li><li>One (1) year experience in delivering products/inventory preferred </li><li>Valid state driver's license for assigned vehicles is required </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>Strong team orientation </li><li>Forklift Certification preferred </li><li>Good understanding of OSHA and FDA regulations </li><li>Respond well under pressure </li><li>Be a good organizer </li><li>Deliver individually packaged orders to inmates at specified correctional facilities with the supervision of a correctional officer in a timely and efficient manner </li><li>Maintain accurate records </li><li>Be a team oriented person </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,and procedure manuals. </li><li>Ability to work in a correctional environment </li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. </li><li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. </li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, ordiagram form. </li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. </li><li>ABILITY TO WORK: Monday - Friday 5:30 am - 2 pm </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Keefe offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees:</p> <ul> <li>Medical w/prescription coverage </li><li>Benefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
