Your mission: to become the go-to expert for architects, builders, remodelers, and contractors/installers, helping them discover the benefits of our products and ensuring their success with Versatex.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed annual sales objectives by building strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors, creating brand awareness, and driving demand at the dealer level. </li><li>Connect with Architects: Conduct AIA presentations and architect calls to have Versatex products specified in new projects. </li><li>Empower Builders and Contractors: Build relationships with target builders and contractors, introduce new products, and provide training on installation. </li><li>Follow Up and Follow Through: Leverage leads from Dodge Reports, website inquiries, and trade shows to convert opportunities into sales. </li><li>Support Dealer Network: Train and merchandise dealers to ensure consistent sales and product knowledge. </li><li>Stay Informed: Maintain expertise in installation guidelines, architectural specifications, and market trends. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Experience: 1+ years in building materials sales is preferred but not required. Candidates with up to 3 years of general sales experience, a hunter mentality, and an energetic personality are encouraged to apply. </li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and sales tracking software.
