<p>POSITION:</p> <ul> <li>One-on-One Educational Aide </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must have current, valid educational assistant's permit with ESEA Endorsement. </li><li>Must meet highly qualified requirements for paraprofessional. </li><li>Must have or be willing to complete appropriate training including Restraint Training. </li><li>Experience working with Special Needs children preferred. </li><li>Must have a successful drug test. </li><li>Must have successful BCI and FBI background checks. </li><li>Must be willing and able to carry out the duties of the job description. </li><li>Willingness to assist with special circumstances for students with medical needs. </li><li>Must have or be willing to obtain a substitute license/certificate. </li></ul> <p>LOCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Girard City Schools </li></ul> <p>DATE OF VACANCY:</p> <ul> <li>2024-2025 School year </li></ul> <p>SALARY:</p> <ul> <li>Per the Negotiated Agreement </li></ul> <p>POSTING DEADLINE:</p> <ul> <li>December 3, 2024 or until filled </li></ul> <p>Position is dependent upon student status remaining in the Girard City School District and the conditions of his/her IEP.
