As a member of the Innovation Partners team, our Product Manager II creates business and product plans while articulating strategy, vision, and development for products supporting Cambia companies. The position oversees all phases of product development including requirements definition, roadmap implementation, pricing models, and competitive positioning. Then this role may be the perfect fit.</p> <p>What You Bring to Cambia:</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>The Product Manager II would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. MBA preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Attributes:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manages product roadmaps and prioritization processes, breaking deliverables into sprint commitments</p> </li><li> <p>Directs product management activities to meet business, market segmentation and financial goals</p> </li><li> <p>Produces product requirements and collaborates with marketing, UX, engineering and category management teams</p> </li><li> <p>Understands target markets and synthesizes business requirements from multiple sources into documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Defines feature sets and business requirements with focus on success metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Contributes to long-term product vision while managing products through their entire lifecycle</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts market research and develops go-to-market strategies across departments</p> </li><li> <p>Uses data to shape product decisions and track effectiveness of changes</p> </li><li> <p>Guides UX/solution design and develops metrics for business analytics (engagement, performance, conversion)</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Need: Health Plan Expertise</p> <ul> <li> <p>Navigate Fully Insured vs. Self-Insured distinctions</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver health plan benefit designs that Self-Funded Groups demand</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze market trends and customer needs for health and wellness solutions, especially those aimed at digital and virtual delivery and that target chronic condition management or enhance overall wellbeing programs</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Need: Product Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven record of creating successful products balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, preferably in healthcare</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing complex products through entire development lifecycle with strong project management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities with demonstrated skill in leading cross-functional teams at all levels</p> </li><li> <p>Data-driven approach to prioritizing features with ability to synthesize findings into executive-level documents and presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic thinking combined with methodical execution in fast-paced environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills using metrics to develop business cases and communicate insights effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand market priorities, challenge group thinking when necessary, and maintain deep knowledge of products, business needs and competitive landscape</p> </li></ul> <p>The expected hiring range for a Product Manager II is $110,000 - $115,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for the Product Manager II position is 15%.
