That is where you come in!</p> <p>Location: NYC, NY</p> <p>This is a hybrid role 2 to 3 days/ week in our Manhattan office</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. </li><li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, workflows, and data/process models. </li><li>Work closely with developers, QA testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure the solution meets both business and technical needs. </li><li>Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for system enhancements or problem resolution. </li><li>Assist in defining project scope and objectives, aligning with business strategy and IT architecture. </li><li>Facilitate requirement review sessions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in Agile environments. </li><li>Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts. </li><li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating outcomes with business users. </li><li>Monitor system implementation and support post-production issues through resolution. </li><li>Stay current on new IT trends and recommend improvements in system processes and tools. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Must Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Proficient in writing clear and concise documentation. </li><li>Skilled in business process modeling and data flow diagrams. </li><li>Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, SQL, and Excel. </li><li>Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. </li></ul> <p>Good to Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) or hybrid development environments. </li><li>Prior experience with system integration, legacy modernization, or enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom platforms). </li><li>Public sector or enterprise experience. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>10 to 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Salary: USD $130,000 - $145,000 Gross (Includes base + bonuses) + Nagarro Standard Benefits</p> <p>Disclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
