<p>Harbor is seeking a Psychologist to join the Toledo team! This individual would be responsible for diagnostic assessment, psychological testing/evaluation, formulation of client treatment plans, provision of ongoing therapy, and provision of clinical supervision.</p> <p>Position is full-time, 40-hours per week.</p> <p>Education/Experience/Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>PhD. or Psy.D. in Psychology with at least 2 years of experience with adult psychological assessment required </li><li>Current license to practice psychology in the state of Ohio required </li><li>Experience completing psychological testing/evaluation required </li><li>Supervisory experience preferred </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license required </li><li>Must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word </li><li>CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI Certifications required within 90 days of employment required </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Competencies/Primary Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates competency in the evaluation of individuals through the administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological testing measures, including those that assess intellectual functioning, adaptive functioning, and behavior. </li><li>Demonstrates skills in the development of treatment plans for treatment of a variety of populations. </li><li>Demonstrates skills in provision of individual and/or group therapy through utilization of best practice theoretical approaches. </li><li>Creates psychological testing evaluation reports, progress notes, and other clinical documentation in the format appropriate and acceptable to Harbor. </li><li>Demonstrates an ability to consult effectively with other agencies, schools, the public, and other professionals as required. </li><li>Completes necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. </li><li>In providing billable services, fulfills or exceeds unit expectations established by Harbor. </li><li>Provides crisis intervention as required. </li><li>When applicable, must supervise the work of Psychology Assistants according to licensure limitations. </li><li>Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies and demonstrates continued growth. </li></ul> <p>About Harbor:</p> <ul> <li>A leading provider of mental health and substance use treatment for over 100 years </li><li>350+ clinical staff serve over 24,000 clients across multiple locations and in the community each year </li><li>Services ranging from counseling, pharmacological management, primary care, psychological testing, case management, substance use treatment, residential services, vocational program, and more! </li></ul> <p>Why Work for Harbor?</p> <p>It is fast-paced and challenging, but you will have a lot of fun in the process.
