Join us!</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>This job is responsible for the delivery of integrated credit solutions to clients as well as on-going portfolio management. Key responsibilities include underwriting and negotiating new transactions, partnering with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities, and providing the product expertise to deliver effective client solutions. Job expectations include providing on-going monitoring of client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of financial statements, assignment of risk ratings, and required client reviews.</p> <p>The client team members are responsible for interacting with financing product specialists for Healthcare, Education & Not-For-Profit Finance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluates new end-user credit opportunities including identification and assessment of risks and identifies mitigating factors </li><li>Partners with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client </li><li>Underwrites new transactions, analyzes credit risk, negotiates and closes deals, while adhering to internal policy, procedures and regulatory requirements </li><li>Structures the terms of a lease/loan with respect to the various aspects that make up a lease/loan (e.g. pricing, rates, payment, term, collateral) </li><li>Manages the credit process for a portfolio of clients including reviewing financial statements, assessing the client's compliance with financial covenants, confirming the accuracy of risk ratings, and recommending changes as warranted </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in commercial banking, leasing, insurance, finance or rating agency industries with significant credit experience in Healthcare, Education & Not-For-Profit </li><li>2+ years' experience with presentation, structuring and financial statement analysis </li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and negotiate third party documentation </li><li>Experience identifying trends and emerging risks in underwriting and client selection </li><li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the analysis and structuring of complex transactions </li><li>Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Analysis </li><li>Loan Structuring </li><li>Research Analysis </li><li>Risk Management </li><li>Underwriting </li><li>Account Management </li><li>Credit Documentation Requirements </li><li>Credit and Risk Assessment </li><li>Decision Making </li><li>Issue Management </li><li>Analytical Thinking </li><li>Coaching </li><li>Collaboration </li><li>Critical Thinking </li><li>Customer and Client Focus </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <p>1st shift (United States of America)</p> <p>Hours Per Week:</p> <p>40</p>
