This role is the primary onsite leader, setting standards for directing and coordinating all activities of a project. The Superintendent is instrumental in the overall success of the project and will work directly with many key stakeholders.</p> <p>The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop project scopes, objectives and communication, involving all relevant stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Liaising with sales rep/estimators and operations management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences</p> </li><li> <p>Managing the work schedules and time cards for all field staff</p> </li><li> <p>Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met</p> </li><li> <p>Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in scheduling and work with the Project Manager for creating punch lists or reports</p> </li><li> <p>Review roof vacuum needs and schedule with subcontractors</p> </li><li> <p>Investigating and resolving customer complaints</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure resource availability and allocation, including overall staffing needs</p> </li><li> <p>Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office</p> </li><li> <p>Review permit needs and make necessary steps to obtain permits</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Determine material placement and onsite needs for project</p> </li><li> <p>Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools and techniques</p> </li><li> <p>Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet key performance indicators (KPI)</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all work in strict accordance with scope, directions, specifications and OSHA rules, regulations and company policies</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct roof surveys and meet with clients to assess requirements, take measurements, photos, and collect data to be used in plan</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support and guidance to personnel as required</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to</p> </li><li> <p>Additional duties as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
