<p>Your role</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to serve as a Mutual Funds Core Processing Specialist, responsible for guiding and overseeing the Mutual Fund Operations teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, resolving complex mutual fund and 529-related issues, and managing escalations with precision and care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead resolution of complex mutual fund and 529-related client issues, ensuring high-touch service delivery for top-tier advisor teams. </li><li>Manage and triage escalations from advisors and internal stakeholders, driving timely and effective resolution. </li><li>Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies, escalating as needed to maintain service continuity. </li><li>Oversee daily reconciliation of mutual fund positions and transactions at both the CUSIP and account level. </li><li>Provide oversight and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process documentation. </li><li>Facilitate cross-functional communication with operations, technology, and compliance teams to support reconciliation and issue resolution. </li><li>Engage with external parties such as fund companies, custodians, and counterparties to resolve inquiries and exceptions. </li><li>Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives related to reconciliation and transfer processes. </li><li>Document procedures and contribute to training materials for both onshore and offshore teams. </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $120000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
