Will provide general financial aid information to students, parents, faculty, staff, and the community. Will perform other duties as assigned as related to student financial aid. Minimum requirements: No specific education or experience. Preferred: High school diploma and 2 years related experience; or equivalency. Ellucian/Banner experience and previous financial aid experience. Application deadline: April 17, 2026. USCA is an AA/EOE. Be able to work with a diverse group of individuals concerning various tasks and situations. Efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Banner. Communicate effectively and appropriately with faculty, staff, and students. Maintain confidentiality of records and information. Interact in an effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations. Detect and correct grammatical and spelling errors in written correspondence. Maintain files accurately, in paper and in software programs. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Efficiently organize, make decisions, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently and as a team player within a highly computerized environment and with frequent daily interruptions. Completes special projects as assigned by Director or Assistant</p> <p>Director.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 15 Job Duty</p> <p>Responsible for coordinating all mail activities for the Office of Financial Aid. Opens all</p> <p>incoming mail, responding or distributes to appropriate staff. Reviews student</p> <p>documentation for completeness before forwarding the staff members. Prepares all out</p> <p>going correspondence with appropriate identification for the mailroom.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty</p> <p>Supervises Office of Financial Aid student workers, assigning and distributing tasks.</p> <p>Responsible for student worker training when needed.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 10 Job Duty</p> <p>Coordinates all administrative duties for the Office of Financial Aid; maintaining supplies,</p> <p>processing purchase orders, coordinating paperwork for staff travel.
