<p>Director - Finance, Planning and Analysis</p> <p>Responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis of potential new business opportunities related to capital investment. Coordinates</p> <p>the completion of the annual capital budgeting process for WVU Healthcare. Oversees construction project and other capital project</p> <p>accounting functions and detailed project financial tracking. Assists with structuring and securing financing arrangements and ensures</p> <p>ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements on tax-exempt debt.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:</p> <ol> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required. </li></ol> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ol> <li> <p>5 years experience in accounting or finance.</p> </li><li> <p>Requires 2 years of experience with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience and broad knowledge of all general and</p> </li></ol> <p>specialized finance areas.</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:</p> <ol> <li> <p>CPA Certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.</p> </li></ol> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ol> <li>Experience in Healthcare preferred. </li></ol>
