<p>As the Returned Goods Credit Specialist, you will work directly with Accounts Receivable and support functions including Credit Issuance, Managing Reports, and Vendor Maintenance. This is a remote position requiring you to work in the Eastern Time Zone hours.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review, investigate, and process credits related to Returned Goods, Trade Ins, Recalls, Quality, and other various circumstances requiring credit issuance. </li><li>Apply Vendor Maintenance additions/adjustments form to the respective ERP systems. </li><li>Support and create efficiencies in a remote working environment. </li><li>Accounts Receivable related projects. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school degree or GED </li><li>1+ years of experience in an accounting environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Accounting or Business </li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel </li><li>Understanding of accounts receivable and associated transactions </li><li>Highly organized with acute attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills </li></ul> <p>This role is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship.</p> <p>Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly range for this position is $18- $27 an hour. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.</p> <p>This job posting is anticipated to close on January 9, 2025.
