The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for 80 years!</p> <p>This full-time position involves supervising lifeguards, responding to emergencies, maintaining a safe and welcoming aquatic environment, and supporting swim programs, staff scheduling, training, payroll, and hiring. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for water safety.
